I've been extremely stir-crazy with all of the different internet accounts I have open. So I'm downsizing to save time and energy and not feel like such a comp dork. If it is not one thing, it is another. I have gone through not one but two laptop computers in 1 week! ...meaning they have broken. I don't know the cause, maybe I'm bad luck with them now or i don't know. But until I get a new laptop i have this one that shuts off after 25 minutes. That's bad for many reasons. My high school is online and for those of you that have read previous posts i have 9 hard classes this semester. (paiiiin!) And I cannot search for beautiful images for you all so I can only post the limited ones I take.

I just hope that you all can bare with me.

Today was spent getting lost on the metro for hours looking for a place that served breakfast. Or better yet a person who knew a place that served breakfast. It was extremely tedious so we settled down at union square, ate a meal made for a small pigeon, then hopped on a train to china town.

Alot of you have shared that you agree with me on my high anticipation for the new season. But tell me. What is one thing that you'll miss about winter and one thing you really look forward to about spirng/ summer. and why???

I'll miss the fireplace because it reminds me of being a little kid and always drawing houses with the fireplace running/ smoke tumbling out the chimney.

but i really can't wait to live in a soggy bathing suit for the next six months and always smell like sun screen and bbq. And it will most likely be my last full spring-summer on the west coast for a while.

Lately, I've had an undying urge to burn everything i own and start over fresh! I know it's unhealthy but every since i was little ive never like what i had. So I hope you all had a wonderful New Years!! Mine was amazing fun. I spent it with my mom, her friends and me in 60 years. haha no really this old woman looked and acted exactly like me from the way she wore her hair, to the clothes on her back (uh-oh hehe) and was the most achingly sweet person i've ever known in my entire life. Shes shy and quiet like me and so she spoke real gentle and wrapped me in a blanket with her stiff body and soothed me with her eyes. She told me stories of when she lived in LA and would go walking at night after she put her children to bed and would make friends with different gang members. they would even help her across the street when the light wouldn't stop....honestly the closest thing i've ever had to a grandmother.

Today was spent putting away Christmas decor, reading all the poetry i could grab at the cafe and strolling up and down the san diego seaport. it was freezing and dark and i just wanted to be in the moment so i didn't invite my camera but it was really serene. There was a thick blanket of fog hovering over the harbor and tons of girlfriends wrapped up in their boyfriends arms, sipping coffee and watching people watch them. I enjoyed the whole experience. I bought a book too. "The Perks of Being a Wallflower". So I'm going to go read that. I'm going to read more this year :) Reccomendations would be appreciated.

Ahhhh! There is a very high possibility I will be going to the Inauguration! I might be working as an intern for my mom's friend. This is beyond exciting. That, and I might be working for my mom's other friend who directs some episodes of Hannah Montana. I'm not a fan but to say my first job ever was working for Disney would be pretty O.K with me.

I want to go to Washington DC so bad. My Godfather lives there and I want to meet my new little god sister who just turned one. I'm an only child so that would be exciting!

Now I'm going to go wash all the charcoal from my hands and go do a victory dance!!!

I cannot tell you how many boston baked beans i've eaten. I've just been sitting here popping bean after bean into my mouth, sipping green tea and laying on my messy bed. Here are some of the thoughts that have scanned my mind in the past few moments:

I'm really glad that I quit smoking so that i can grow old and become a senior citizen that does yoga class and pottery.

I wonder if I'll be finantially set when I'm on my own next year.

I hope that the people in my life realize how much they mean to me.

Do any of you have experience with polaroid SX-70 's? I've been interested in them for a while now and am completely sold. I want one for the holidays. Where do you reccomend getting them? how much was yours and out of 5 stars what would you rate the picture quality and all? Lately I've just been checking ebay and amazon but I want peoples input.
